David Myers, Jr., tenor, performs throughout New England, receiving praise for his “beautifully polished tone” and “attractive tenor sound” by Portland Press Herald critic Allan Kozinn. Additionally, he is frequently called upon as an adjudicator for various solo festivals and auditions in Maine, and serves as the choir director at North Yarmouth Congregational Church in North Yarmouth, where he also teaches private voice lessons, placing special emphasis on healthy singing technique. David holds a Master’s Degree in vocal pedagogy from the School of Music at the University of Southern Maine where he studied with the late Ellen Chickering.
