A life long learner and lover of the arts, Jess Hunt studied music education and vocal performance at the University of Southern Maine. Born into a musical family, their formative music education in flute, piano and guitar paralleled their ballet career interpreting roles in Peter and the Wolf, Coppélia, and The Nutcracker. Jess’ range of artistic experiences collectively inform their musicianship and approach to singing. Jess shares a home with their partner of six years, their two tabbies, and works remotely in financial risk management for a software company. They spend their free time with their nose buried in articles and documentaries about cats, politics, and gardening.”
