Jonathan Scott, baritone/tenor, received his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia. Highlights of his musical career include singing with Robert Shaw and John Rutter as a child, performing at Brooklyn Academy of Music with Sir Jonathan Miller and concerts with the American Symphony and the New York Philharmonic. He was a staff singer and featured soloist with the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Choir and a soloist for the Bach Cantata Choir both in Portland, Oregon. Since moving to Maine in 2017, Jonathan has performed with St Mary Schola, Amethyst Chamber Ensemble, Portland Bach Experience, Colby College Collegium, Colby College Symphony Orchestra and King’s Chapel, Boston. He is an acupuncturist and massage therapist and lives in Newcastle with his beautiful wife and two amazing daughters.
